I know you guys know about this already, this bug is for tracking it. One machine afflicted is t-r3-w764-043 -- I don't know how many others are.

talos-r3-w7-52 has the 'This copy of Windows is not genuine' message in the bottom right corner of the screen. I've disconnected it from the buildbot master, please reboot when you're done.
