For people who are  used to closing it that way, 4.0 B1 and 2 do not close tabs with Ctrl + F4.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open New Tab
2.Try to close tab with Ctrl + F4
Actual Results:  
The tab did not close.

Expected Results:  
The tab should have closed.

Is this a regression on trunk or do you have addons installed and didn't tested without them ?
