As it is now, when the js engine is built in a stand alone form (running `./configure && make && make install` inside of /js/src) the js shell is not installed into the bin dir on the system. Attached patch adds the js shell to the list of what to install.

Apologies for abandoning this review. It looks like Mike Hommey's patch in bug 561973 addresses this problem, as well as 'make clean'. I'm marking this bug as a duplicate; if I've missed something, please re-open.
