Expected Results: it should refresh rss feeds in given seconds

yes, we don't allow refreshing them less then once every 10 minutes, to avoid flooding servers. the pref works from 10 minutes to 4 hours. What's your reasoning to set it to 1 minute? do you expect a feed to refresh so often?

Thanks Marco, I guess in Fx 3 it was allowed to 60 seconds, so I thought that here we have a bug. You can close the bug.
