If the menu bar is disabled and the orange Firefox button is showing, when you go into Print Preview, the Firefox button partially covers the Print button, hiding the word "Print".
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure menu bar is disabled and Firefox button is visible
2. Click Firefox -> Print -> Print Preview
Actual Results:
The Firefox button covers the Print button.
Expected Results:
The Firefox button should be above or to the side of the print button.

This is on Windows XP so the title bar is visible. I haven't tried it on Vista/7 with Aero theme yet.
