On the Mac, CMD-UP (Command-Up Arrow) should go to the top of a page, however, the keyboard shortcut is broken.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any longer web page, i.e. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Degrassi:_The_Next_Generation
2. Enter CMD-DOWN to go to the end of the page (works)
3. At the end of the page, enter CMD-UP
Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Jump to begin of the page.
