It would be nice if the speed was increased. If you look at IE, as an example, it's a lot quicker, and speeds up even more if the user moves the mouse wheel even more. Reproducible: Always
This was fixed in another bug, but I can't find which one it was. I'll resolve this anyway to reduce triage's workload.
