I get a small ghost/additional window on the primary monitor - see attached image (which has part of a Photoshop window overlaid). I can drag along the additional window and the window in the second monitor moves. Have tried to see what causes the new window to appear as it isn't always there.

This would seem to be initiated by opening a window from an external application.
