Security threat. Mozilla started to download things automatically. even when mozilla was not open. A progrm called find a pal downloaded then asked me to run it. A it keeps loading up with web pages that i didn't type in, and when i hadn't even opened up mozilla.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Group: core-security
If mozilla starts doing things when it wasn't even open then you definitely already have a malware infection. If you switch your default browser to IE or Chrome then likely those are what will start popping up. It will be tough to figure out the infection avenue after the fact. Do you know when this started happening? Do you have an anti-virus installed, and if so did it start warning of a problem?

What results do you get from https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ ?
It started doing it on the day that i reproted the bug.my default browser is safari.
