57975 - Mailing list doesn't show up after created

After create a mailing list, the mailing list does not show up on the right
pane. Click on other address book and click back will make it show up. It's not
happening all the time.  I can reproduce it using these steps.

1. Delete all entries in Personal Address Book
2. Create a mailing list
3. Click OK on New list dialog
4. The created mialing list doesn't show up on the right pane

I have fix.

Oh ya..I have seen this several times...but just keep forgetting to log a bug :(

Workaround: a) resize the window.
            b) Switch to another AB and Click on the AB again.

VERIFIED, this works for me using build 2001021904 on NT 4.0. (I have to click
the twisty (expand) on PAB to see the new book, but it does show up in the right
hand side after that.)
