Attached patch PatchSplinter Review
Per summary; this is required to build Firefox with clang.  See bug 573210
comment 6 for an explanation of why clang isn't accepting code gcc does accept.

This has been fixed upstream, but it doesn't look like the imported code is regularly re-synced, so it would be simpler to just apply this patch.
