Details

If another person only enters a comment and I make any changes to a bug, a mid-air collision will still be detected.  The options are 

* Submit My Changes Anyway: This will cause all of the above changes to be overwritten, except for the added comment(s).

* Submit Only My New Comment

* Throw away my changes, and revisit bug 573589 

Of these three in this (the usual) case, the first two items are redundant. (Assuming the displayed text is correct, anyway).
