The hover and non-hover states are identical, tab-arrow-left.png and tab-arrow-right.png are mirror images. This patch removes the hover state and tab-arrow-right.png. (We use scaleX(-1) already in similar cases, e.g. for the back and forward buttons and toolbarbutton.chevron in browser.css.)
