Consider checking whether add-on author wants to accept donations before redirecting to paypal

For the add-on donation pages, we're automatically redirecting to the paypal login pages, no matter whether the author wants to accept donations for a specific add-on. See https://next.addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/6937/contribute as an example for a non-existant donation option where it displays an error message. I think we should catch those URLs on the AMO level and either display an appropriate error message to the user or simply redirect to the add-on's details page.
Authors are encouraged to use the "Meet the developer" page if they'd like to ask for donations. /contribute is an API endpoint and not something that users should link to. Eg. https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/developers
