I would like to see that URl's which are included in the comment field are opened in a new tab/window of my browser.

Hey Quincy. Thanks for your feature request. By normal web standards, it is actually considered "rude" to open a link in a new tab or new window unless the user explicitly requested that. To do it for all links in comments would definitely not be what most users want.
You can always middle-click links to open them in new tabs, though.
