This bug is to track turning off the old mobile master configs.

I have disabled polling for new builds and will let the old master go through to completion on its current jobs.  Once that is done, I will turn off that master and reimage the slaves that were connected to it.

Basically,

hg rm mobile mobile-staging
hg mv mobile-rw

change mobiletestfactoryrw.py references to mobiletestfactory.py in master.cfg
