STR:
1) Create a new plugin in your sandbox
2) Delete the plugin
3) View log and see 'rdoherty deleted ' , 'rdoherty created'

r70997 should address this, and also indicates plugins in sandboxes more clearly

Spoke too soon: r71000 does a bit more, stashes old plugin state with other event logs that display blank plugin names when they lose the plugin reference when it's deleted.
