Cannot uninstall a disabled add-on

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Fennec
2.Go to Options|Add-ons
3.Install an add-on and restart.
4. Disable the add-on and restart.
5. Choose "Uninstall" in Add-ons manager for the above mentioned add-on.

Device: Nokia N900
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens when tapping "Uninstall" button.

Expected Results:  
Add-on is uninstalled. 

Same thing for Android build:

Device: HTC Desire A8181.
Fennec Version: Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Linux armv7l;en-US;rv:2.0b3pre)
Gecko/20100721 Namoroka / 4.0b3pre Fennec/2.0a1pre

I've reopened this one because we can have a UI feedback here without waiting for the "undo uninstall disabled restart-less addon" code in the toolkit.

The patch remove the addon from the list (hide it) if it is uninstalled and if it is also disabled.
