Removing Persona doesnt get synced when resetting the sync.

Details
Steps to reproduce:
1. On client A, apply a persona and perform a Sync.
2. On client B, go to Tools > Sync and do 'sync now'. After the sync, you will be able to see the persona of client A on client B
3. Go back to client A and remove the persona from the addons manager. This should bring you back to the default theme. Then do the sync now.
4. Go to client B,open Tools > Sync > Preferences. Click "reset sync".
Select the second option - "Reset all the data on this client with firefox sync server data".
After this step, all the data is reset except the persona. This means that client B is still wearing the persona that it had before the sync.
Expected result:
Firefox should have the default theme of client A.
