I just read your Filter Support page:
"The sophistication of the underlying Thunderbird filter system has not yet progressed to match that of classic Eudora (i.e. ≤E7.1). Because of this, some of the filter conditions, operators, and actions will not be imported, though the filter containing them will be imported."
Unfortunately, I use "Any header", "«Personality»", "appears" and "intersects nickname" ... A LOT. "Make Personality" is important. "Redirect To" is critical. So much that I will not be able to use Eudora OSE until either 1) it has this support or 2) Eudora 6.2 stops working.
I'd like to try it, I really would. But I have over 100 filters and I just can't use a mail app that doesn't support them.
I've tried Mail.app. I've tried Thunderbird. They are both so far behind what Eudora 6 can do. It's so sad to think I'd need to use a crippled email client.
I understand your reasons for using the Mozilla base but every time I try Penelope I wince and sigh and go back to Eudora 6.2.4.
You asked.
Reproducible: Always
I use "«Personality»", "Redirect To" and "Play Sound". I'll probably wait until these are implemented before moving to Eudora OSE.
