Objective: Now that the Jetpack Gallery will be deprecated in early August, we should give power users the ability to see only Jetpacks.

Proposal: On $APP/extensions, add support for &jetpack=on. If jetpack is enabled, only return jetpack add-ons. This can also apply for other applications, as mobile and thunderbird will support jetpack someday.

We don't need any UI for this- like WebM on youtube, it's a hidden flag that we can link to in blog posts and something that power users can enable.

An acceptable alternative would be to automatically tag jetpack add-ons with 'jetpack'.
