When you expand or srink any video in Flash Player, it lags and do arthefact

By cliking on the Expand/Srink button, it may become slow or laggy. It produces an arthefact that disappear normally after few seconds or less.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go on Youtube.com and open any video page.
2.In the video menu (Flash), click to Expand/Srink button on the right and bottom of the video.
3.The effect should be Easly visible.
Actual Results:  
You will sometime see kind of arthefact of the old video size.

Expected Results:  
No arthefact should be visible.

This bug wasn't in the Firefox 4 Beta 1. The experience was different.
