while forwarding emails containing zip files as attachments, the zip files do not get sent.

All other attachments are fine but only zip files get relfected as .tmp files. This happened after upgradation to TB 3.1.1

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. forward an email containing attached zip file by clicking the forward button on tool bar.
2.enter any sender and click send or even try to view the forwarded attachment by double clicking.
3.
Actual Results:  
The file is shown as nsmail.tmp file.

Expected Results:  
It should show open the .zip file or ask for the software to be used to open the .zip file.

I am using Windows7 64 bit OS.

We also see it with PDF files, seems to be a duplicate of bug 376595

No response from reporter, looks much like a dup of 376595 -> duping
