Steps to reproduce:
1. Open 2 or more tabs.
2. Tap the awesomebar and then "See all bookmarks"
3. Close the Fennec window.
Expected results: "Confirm close" prompt appears.
Actual results: "Confirm close" prompt is not visible until bookmark panel is dismissed.

Moves the dialog parent higher in the z-order. Not sure how badly we want this patch. The bookmark list is moving to the awesomescreen soon and would fix this issue too.

This issue is not reproducible with the bookmark list moved to the awesomescreen.
