No animation seen when tapping "Take a tour" in about:firstpage

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to about:firstrun page
2.tap "take a tour"

Actual Results:  
"Device" is displayed at the bottom at the screen, and nothing else (the hand that pans the screen to the left/right, clicks on volume buttons etc is not visible)

Expected Results:  
"Take a tour" clip starts playing

Device: HTC Desire A8181

If tapping "See more Features" link, then "Back" in the browser (to return to about:firstrun page), "Replay" button is displayed. On tap, the video plays as it should.

The animated gif itself seems to animate just fine:

This bug isn't fixed as much as it is an invalid because of that bug.
