When I go to Youtube, and want to watch a video full screen, I get a blank page.
When I go to http://www.wildearth.tv and want to watch a webcam full screen, I get a blank screen.
When I go to Facebook, and want to play a game in full screen mode, I get a blank screen.
I had the newest latest version of Firefox, but reverted back to an older version and I still get this. I also cleared cookies, cache, files, everything.
I even updated my Flash today and I am getting the same thing.
Help?
Reproducible: Always

Please check against Firefox 3.6.7 by Updating using "Help/Check for Updates".
Please name the Flash Version you are using via "about:plugins" by checking "Help/Troubleshooting Informations".
It should be telling you something like:
Version: 10.1.53.64
Shockwave Flash 10.1 r53
Also don't forget to check against Firefox' Safe-Mode (https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode).
Severity: major → normal
Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
I was previously using Firefox 3.6.7 but reverted back to 3.6.4... still having the problems.... Again, I updated my flash TODAY to the most current version........
I have no idea how to find the flash info as you suggested... Where do I find "about:plugins"??
Ok, I found it.... I just had to interpret what you wrote... Sorry I am not 100% computer literate.... I do read english. LOL
Flash info:
File: np-mswmp.dll
Version: 1.0.0.8
np-mswmp

That is the wrong Plugin :-). Rather look out for "NPSWF32.dll".
Else you can open "Tools"/"Addons"/"Plugins" and find the "Shockwave Flash" Entry and get the Version Number from there.
And don't forget to check the Sites running Firefox in Safe-Mode.

Reporter -> Are you still experiencing this issue with the latest version of Firefox 5?
What version of flash player do you have installed? http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
Yes, I still have this problem.... no one seems to be able to fix it for me.... I have version 10,3,181,14 installed. I believe it just updated today...
I just now updated to the newest Firefox... 3.6.18 version.... I tried a full screen choice again, and I got the same thing... a completely white screen. :(

He's on 3.6 Branch - there's no Graphic Section in about:support ;-)
GFS: sorry that you still have that Issue. Maybe you can update your Graphics Card Drivers and/or disable Hardware Acceleration within the Flash Plugin Settings. This all is likely not a Firefox Issue.
