Just noticed this happening a bunch when using Twitter.com today.  Screenshot attached.

I can't reproduce this sadly :( But Deb says it keeps happening to her.

So I can't reliably reproduce it, but I have noticed a pattern:

1) it only happens when i post a twitter update through the website, so might be related to whatever ajaxy-goodness they're using to refresh the page on update
2) it only seems to happen when a line of text is only half showing at the bottom of the viewport -- if the bottom of the viewport is on a blank spot it's fine, but goes all weird if the top half of a line of text is showing.
