581074 - Make some of bsmedberg's chart datasets public

I have some chart datasets, and I've learned that they are private to me by default. I would like the ability to either publish a chart which uses my private datasets, or to make the datasets public so that I can link to my chart URL and everyone can see it.

I understand from bugzilla docs that users can be granted the privilege of making chart datasets public somehow, although it's not clear exactly what that entails.

Seems that privilege refers only to creating *new* series. Old series have to be edited via the database if they are to be made public.

What chart datasets exactly would you like to make public?

Actually, I found a way to do it from the UI (though, it requires manually modifying a URL to get the screen I want). Just give me the series_id numbers, and I'll make them public.

But I'm going to need to add new datasets as the flags change, so if I can't be given permission to do that I might just find a different solution using bzapi or something.

I need the actual numeric ids of the series data sets in question. You should be able to view the source of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/chart.cgi and find them in a large JS array.

Right now, only admins can make a series public. I will look into modifying this to some other group, but it might be a little bit before I get around to this, as I'm pretty swamped with school and moving.

In that case, I'll implement something using a local cronjob, and save everyone time trying to trick bugzilla into doing what I want.
