581101 - Message not cleared when theme is removed and brought back

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install a theme(wear it).
2. Go to Tools > Add-ons > Themes.
3. Click on the "Remove" button of the theme that you had just installed.
4. Theme will be removed and the you will be given an option to undo the action you just performed. Click on "undo".
5. This will bring back the theme.

Expected result: The undo message should be removed.
Actual result: The undo message is still there.


6. Click on the remove button again now.

Expected result: The undo message should be cleared.
Actual result: We now have 2 undo messages. So this means that the previous messages are not cleared.
