Details

Firefox 4 will allow persona images to expand below the chrome, allowing for potentially enormous images. We need to up the filesize to 2mb for header images. Since previewing these images is out of the picture we might need to create preview header images that are just for the chrome. Then for install, send down the full image.
Priority: -- → P1
We're going to revisit Personas images and what designers can and cannot do with them in the future. Will revisit file size issues at that time.
