Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b3pre) Gecko/20100722 Minefield/4.0b3pre Build Identifier: If a user attempts to log in to a site with a password stored within the password manager, so via the autofill. If that user/pass combination doesn't allow the user to login, the user should be given the option to delete the user/pass from within the password manager rather than just cluttering the password manager up. Reproducible: Always

You can delete it from the autocomplete dropdown with delete/shift-delete, depending on platform. We can't detect if form logins were successful or not, so there's no way to offer to delete it after a failure.
