JS fixes landed- these locales load the stats pages fine for me.

Stats load for https://addons.allizom.org/z/ja/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/?last=90 and https://addons.allizom.org/z/de/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/?last=90
Stats are incorrect(bug 655833) but they load in non en-US locales. Marking this bug as verified.
