Details
As we clean up Windows versions from "Windows NT 6.*" => "Windows Vista/7", we should probably clean up Mac OS versions as well. Dropping "Intel" should be enough:
Intel Mac OS X 10.6 => Mac OS X 10.6
As long as we still have the whole UA somewhere and contributors can see it's an Intel/not-Intel, we should be fine.

Adding the raw question.metadata['useragent'] to the "More system details..." box should cover the preservation of info.
