Firefox 4.0b2pre and Minefield 4.0b3pre have broken shape of tooltip rectangle: the right vertical line of rectangle is almost always incomplete and several vertical dashes are shown on the both horizontal lines, more often on long tooltips.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at tooltip shape while pointing at toolbar buttons "Go back", "Go forward", "Reload" or at tooltip for image on any suitable webpage, like Google News.
Actual Results:  
Look at the attached image (made with system settings: message box font "Tahoma 8")

Expected Results:  
Tooltip should have the normal shape like in Firefox 4.0b1 or in previous versions.
