the save open in the dev menu doesn't save the tab sets that have been created.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a tab set
2.click "save" in the dev menu dropdown
3.restart brower
Expected Results:
i expected to see the tab sets i created in my previous session.

Which dev menu dropdown are you referring to? Is that an extension you are using?
