I hide the Message Pane, but when I close and reopen the main mail window, the Message Pane is reopened.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Mail & Newsgroups window.
2. View:Layout:Message Pane (to hide it).
3. Close.
4. Open the Mail & Newsgroups window.

Actual Results:  
Window opens with Message Pane showing again.

Expected Results:  
Message Pane should stay hidden.
