When i operate HTML5 Video Control by mouse, the movie become thumbnail.
I think mouse event on the video control should not propagate.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start Minefield with clean profile
2. Open URL ( http://demos.hacks.mozilla.org/openweb/WARMCSS/ )
3. Click thumbnail
4. Right click on the movie and Select "Show Control"
5. Operate Video Control (Seek bar/Volume slider) by mouse

Actual Results:
The movie become a thumbnail

Expected Results:
The movie should stay with big size.
