It looks like the implementation took chowse's mockup quite literally with the 999 posts data under the avatar. ;)

I don't know how hard it is to show the real numbers (number of posts should be simple, but number of answers should show the number of actually helpful answers which is harder), but until we have the backend in place, let's hide the stats altogether. Showing bogus numbers makes the website look broken.
Bug 580777 is obviously related to this, though I'd say that bug is about implementing the actual stats, while this bug is about not showing bogus numbers until we have the actual stats. 

Though feel free to dupe this if that's easier.
It's not hard. We'll track it in the other bug and remove the data if it's easier.
