We're going to be using an accordion style Trends box on our search queries via bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=582611 in order to cut down on all the hits to the slave. We'd like a better implementation here, so Dave's suggested using Redis. Use this bug as a tracker for the change.
