Can you please give us more information and also a screenshot of what you are seeing? The initial comment doens't help that much. Thanks.

The situation is more problematic than I thought. When I restarted Firefox (after the initial time) the icons were better, but now the changes by "customize" don't survive restart. I'm guessing this may relate to my particular config settings carried over from stable Firefox. I'll submit a different report if I can figure out more.

Please also test in safe mode without any extension enabled.
No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.8 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
