Using Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0b2) Gecko/20100720 Firefox/4.0b2

With only one addon installed ("Fancy Numbered Tabs 1.4"), I see double icons for the tab-number, and double icons for the close-tab icon. Disabling this one addon makes all look normal again. 

At first, I thought this was just an addon specific problem. However, I note this same version of addon worked fine in FF4.0b1, so something changed in Firefox between FF4.0b1 and FF4.0b2 to break this addon. Was that change intentional, and what else might have broken by same change?
