When you press the increase/decrease buttons on a numberbox in about:config, numbers up to 100 increment by 10, numbers up to 1000 increment by 20, numbers up to 10000 increment by 30, etc.
This doesn't make much sense. With the attached patch, numbers up to 99 increment by 1, numbers in the hundreds increment by 10, numbers in the thousands increment by 100, etc.
