583004 - Cannot delete mail in second e-mail address

With my second e-mail address, I cannot delete mail. The delete button does nothing. This did not start until I installed a second e-mail address. I did find out, if I click on the e-mail in the second address to delete it, then click on my main e-mail address, then go back to my second address, I can see the e-mail in my second delete. This happens everytime. Am I doing something wrong? I have no problem with my main e-mail address.

I just up-graded to version 3.1.1 the latest version. Still have the same problem.

Can you start Thunderbird in safe-mode (see http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/) ?

Anything in Tools -> Error console when this happens ?

you asked me to got to "tools. then, "error console" here are the results,,

Paul and does this happens also when you start in -safe-mode (http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode) Sorry for not giving your the proper link in the first place.

I tried " safe-mode", the same thing happens. While in "safe-mode" I clicked on "tools" then " clicked on " error-console" and I get,
