We should release FlightDeck 1.0a3. Per the development plan <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Jetpack/FlightDeck/1.0a3>, the target release date is Tuesday, August 3. Use this bug to track tasks that need to be done to release the product, like staging a release candidate, pushing the release candidate to production, and notifying relevant parties about it. Use bug 583013 to track code blockers for the release.
We staged a release candidate last Wednesday, and we didn't find any blockers to release, so we pushed it to production today. http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla-labs-jetpack/browse_thread/thread/bced26cfdd2b5d7b I'm leaving this bug open pending completion of the last two steps, which are to feel good about the release and to go a post-mortem on the release in next week's weekly project status meeting.
We felt good, then we did a post-mortem (and still felt good after that). Release sorted!
