There is no View button defined by <titlebutton xxx/.

Hirata: The page at the URL you mention points to only one page of tutorial 
examples which is
    http://www.zvon.org/HTMLonly/CSS2Tutorial/Examples/example1.html
and this page doesn't have anything to do with XUL, just XML.

I looked under some of the XUL tutorials on the same site but did not find the
<titlebutton> you describe.

Closed as Invalid.  If you reopen, please specify the correct URL, the exact 
steps to reproduce the bug, a description of the problem and the expected

Uh?  They changed the source, I guess.
They say they have revised the page on Oct. 30 and "now browsable with any
browser" in their top page. Too bad we could not catch the bug.
Resolved "Missing" may be more appropriate?
