Tab Candy doesn't restore tabs in a tab group in the same order as before the restart.  Selecting a tab in a tab group then results in an out-of-order tab bar.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a bunch of tabs and group them in Tab Candy
2. restart the browser
3. open the Tab Candy panel
Actual Results:  
The order of tabs in tab groups will depend on how long each page takes to load.

Expected Results:  
The order of tabs in tab groups should be the same as before the restart.

Mass moving all Tab Candy bugs from Mozilla Labs to Firefox::Tab Candy.  Filter the bugmail spam with "tabcandymassmove".

This works fine in contemporary builds.
