Here's the big guy: Moving support question data out of the old tiki forums and into the new questions app. Paul, I hope you don't mind tackling this again. I think much of the work was done last time, especially the markup conversion, and we can pretty much skip this time 'round.

To echo what I said in the sumodev meeting: let's aim for a minimum of 3 months of data, but if more data can be migrated within a reasonable time (I'll let you decide what that is, but, say, 20 minutes), let's migrate more.

Tested locally, looks like migrating just about 3 months' worth of data is reasonable.
