when I select to hide the menu bar by right clicking at the top the title bat with min,max,close buttons also hides.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click around the address bar.
2.Uncheck menu bar.
3.The title bar also hides with the menu bar.
Actual Results:  
The title bar was gone.

Expected Results:  
It should've just hidden the menu bar not the title bar.
