I subscribed to the PTO application's ICS feed, and it wasn't quite as useful as I was hoping - see screenshot attachment (also here: http://grab.by/5Fei )

I'm not sure what the right solution is, but two better possibilities are:

 - instead of representing each PTO event as a full day event, make them 15 minutes long, each one starting 15 minutes after the next, so they cascade through the day

 - collapse all the PTO listings into a single all-day event that can be scanned for names

Export functionality is gone.
