Right now all the successful pop-ins stay open indefinitely. I'm not sure how long is necessary, but eventually they should close themselves. Failure pop-ins should stay open.

James, do you remember where we used them? I think we don't have pop-ins in the new design anymore, but I might be wrong.

We primarily used these on the Questions page, they were KBox instances and show up for things like "report abuse" and voting ("I have this problem"/"(Un)Helpful").

Okay, just checked, and yes, KBox is still in use.

Is this bug still valid? I don't think we have this anymore.
old bug is old and applies to a different site design.
